I get an error that says "The file type you uploaded is not allowed." What does this mean?
Currently we only allow posting of images in the following formats: .gif, .jpg, .jpe, .jpeg, .png. If your image is
in a different format you must first convert the image on your computer to one of the previously mentioned formats
and try adding it again.
I get an error that says "HTML form max file size exceeded." What does this mean?
We limit the size of photo uploads to 2.0MB (megabytes). If you are attempting to upload an image that is larger than 2MB you will need to either re-size and/or
compress the image before you upload. Keep in mind that all uploaded images are automatically re-sized to at most 960x832 px, so you don't need to upload high-resolution photos.

How do I know that an e-mail message I received is really from WhatUCollect?
If you receive an e-mail or message which appears to be from WhatUCollect that requests sensitive personal information, be cautious. The message is likely a "spoof" or "phishing" scam.
The people who send these fake messages hope that unsuspecting recipients will reply or click on a link contained in the message and then provide sensitive personal information, such as
passwords, social security numbers or credit card numbers. WhatUCollect will never ask you to send personal information, such as your password, via e-mail.
